This is where we eliminate the chaos of construction. We finalize the scope, create a schedule, and — most importantly — build a Selections Plan. We tell you exactly what you need to pick (tile, paint, fixtures) and when, so you never feel rushed.

Site Prep & Protection

We treat your house like a home, not just a jobsite. Before construction begins, we install floor protection, set up dust containment zip-walls, and establish a daily cleaning protocol.

We respect your space with organized tools and clear walking paths at the end of every day.

Once we break ground, you are never left in the dark. We provide consistent weekly updates — including photos of progress — so you always know what is happening next. If a change is needed, it is handled with a written Change Order explaining the cost and options before the work is done.
